These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Player Projection's Website.

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between playerProjection and its users, unless otherwise agreed by individual arrangement. By accessing or using playerProjection, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

playerProjection aggregates basketball statistics and related data sourced from FIBA (International Basketball Federation) operators and other third-party data providers. This data is collected and entered manually by human operators and is therefore inherently subject to human error, omission, delay, or inaccuracy. playerProjection does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or correctness of any data, statistics, projections, or analytics displayed on the platform. All data is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. playerProjection expressly disclaims any liability for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the data provided. Users should independently verify any data before relying on it for professional, commercial, scouting, or contractual purposes. Any player projections, performance forecasts, or analytical outputs generated by playerProjection are statistical estimates only and do not constitute professional advice. playerProjection shall not be held responsible for any decisions made based on such projections.

3. Conclusion of the Paid Service

By clicking "Subscribe", "Order", or "Pay Now", the Customer makes an offer to playerProjection to use their selected Paid Service (the Dashboard). Acceptance is confirmed to the Customer shortly after placing the order, sent to the e-mail address provided during registration.

4. Consideration

In consideration of the granted access rights, the Customer shall pay playerProjection the prices valid and accessible at the time of subscription. The current pricing is available at the pricing page of the platform. All prices are net prices and are payable without any deduction. Applicable taxes and fees, where required, will be displayed at the time of purchase. Invoices may be issued on demand.

5. Payment

playerProjection uses Stripe (www.stripe.com) as its third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you explicitly agree: (i) to pay the listed price for the Paid Service, along with any applicable taxes, credit card fees, bank fees, foreign transaction fees, and currency exchange costs; and (ii) to abide by the relevant terms of service, privacy policies, and legal restrictions imposed by Stripe in connection with your chosen payment method.

6. Payment Data

playerProjection does not process or have access to your private banking or payment information. All payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe. Stripe shares only the minimum necessary details with playerProjection to confirm payments. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is current, complete, and accurate at all times. playerProjection shall not be liable for errors or delays caused by payment processors, banks, or card networks.

7. Obligations of the Customer

The Customer is obliged to keep their login credentials secure and ensure that any persons granted access comply with these Terms & Conditions. The Customer is liable for any use of the Paid Service by such persons. playerProjection is not liable for damages arising from insufficient IT security on the Customer's side, loss of passwords, or similar security gaps within the Customer's area of responsibility. The Customer must notify playerProjection immediately in writing of any suspected or confirmed violations or breaches of the Paid Service. The Customer may not access the platform through automated processes, bots, scrapers, or any means that generate requests exceeding normal user behavior or that circumvent platform rate limiting.

8. Duration and Termination

The Paid Service subscription begins upon completion of the booking process and expires on the predetermined expiration date stated at the time of purchase. The expiration date is always visible on the Customer's account page. playerProjection reserves the right to terminate or suspend access in the event of a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, playerProjection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (i) the use of or inability to use the platform; (ii) inaccuracies or errors in data sourced from FIBA operators or third parties; (iii) decisions made based on player projections or analytics; or (iv) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data. playerProjection's total liability to any Customer shall not exceed the amount paid by such Customer in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, and analytical methodologies available through playerProjection are the intellectual property of playerProjection or its licensors. Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for their own internal purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of platform data or analytics without written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy

playerProjection collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the platform. By using the service, you consent to such processing. playerProjection does not sell personal data to third parties.

12. Reference

playerProjection is entitled to name the Customer as a reference on its website, social media, and other digital or physical media. The Customer permits playerProjection to use the company name, logo/brand, and web address for this purpose. The Customer declares ownership of these rights and releases playerProjection from related liability. This permission may be revoked in writing at any time without stating reasons.

13. Governing Law & Amendments

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at playerProjection's discretion. Users will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
